JUDGMENT

[1]The relevant time limit for the complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is set out in section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The applicable time limit expired on 15 March 2024. The claim was filed on 4 March 2025. The complaint was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented his claim by 15 March 2024 and in any event the claim was not presented within a reasonable period thereafter.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages and it is therefore dismissed.
