JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of discrimination arising from disability contrary to Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and failing to make reasonable adjustments contrary to Sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 were presented out of time on the 4th of March 2025. It was not just and equitable to extend the time limit therefore the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims, and they are dismissed on this basis.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal contrary to Section 94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was presented out of time on the 4th of March 2025. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present this claim before the expiry of the time limit. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear this claim, and it is dismissed on this basis. Judge Cowx 9 January 2026 Case No. 6007373/2025
