[1]The Claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction of wages and unpaid holiday pay succeeds.[2]The Respondent did not provide the Claimant with a written contract of employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of 4 weeks pay in this regard.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total gross sum of £8726.08.
