JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 27 February 2026. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £3,287.00 gross. This sum accounts for an adjustment made on account of the claimant having taken more annual leave than he was entitled to prior to the end of his employment.[3]The hearing listed on 18 June 2026 is cancelled.
