[1]All of the claimant’s remaining claims, namely non-payment of notice pay (wrongful dismissal), unauthorised deductions from wages, breach of contract, and non- payment of holiday pay are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 38(1)(b), (c) and (e) because he has conducted the proceedings unreasonably, he has not complied with orders made by the Tribunal and it was not possible to have a fair hearing.
