JUDGMENT
[1]No Response having been presented by Mr David Fung Lee the Employment Judge is satisfied that, on the available material and having heard the evidence of the Claimant, a determination of the claim for unpaid wages can be properly made.[2]Accordingly the Respondent is ORDERED to pay to the Claimant within 21 days by international bank transfer to the Claimant’s US account the sum of £653.33 or the equivalent sum in US$ which is $810 at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of this Hearing.[3]David Fung Lee is the full name of the Respondent and the tribunal file is amended accordingly under the general case management powers of the Tribunal.
