Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22 Despite having been properly served with the claim, no response having been filed by the respondent and having heard from the claimant it is Ordered that:[1]the respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £4,908.72; and[2]the respondent has failed to pay the claimant expenses properly due under her contract of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,000 making the total sum payable forthwith of £5,908.72.
