[1]Pursuant to Rule 35 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, the Respondent is dismissed from proceedings on the basis they were not the correct Respondent and did not employ the Claimant.[2]Pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, the claim of unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on the basis that the Claimant failed to attend the hearing without reason on 22 July 2024.
