[1]The claim to have suffered unauthorised deductions from wages contrary to Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant £21,369.80.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal contrary to Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant £3,650, consisting of:a. a basic award of £3,150; andb. a compensatory award of £500.[3]The Respondent’s counter-claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
