Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the South East Employment Tribunals on 26 July 2024. The respondent has presented a response in which no part of the claim is contested. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £4,369.12 in total which is the sum of the unauthorised deductions and the redundancy payment.
