The claimant’s application dated 20 July 2025 for reconsideration of the case management orders made on 10 July 2025 is refused.REASONS
There is no reasonable prospect of the original orders being varied or revoked. The points made by the claimant amount to attempts to reargue her application or assertions that I reached the wrong decision. In reaching my conclusions on 10 July I correctly applied the relevant law to the facts and reached the decision as explained in my written reasons. I took into account the extensive written and oral submissions and documents submitted by the claimant. I have considered all the points raised by the claimant and none of them demonstrate any arguable error of law or any other reason which might give rise to a reasonable prospect of the orders being varied or revoked.
