JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 within the deadline and has not requested an extension of time to file the same.[2]The correct name of the Respondent is E2 Cornershop Ltd.[3]Having considered the ET1 and documents provided by the Claimant, Employment Judge Brown has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, is as set out below.[4]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant’s full wages for her final week in May/June 2024, a shortfall of £60.00.[5]The Respondent also failed to pay 1 week’s notice pay in the sum of £130.00[6]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £190.00 and to account to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum.
