The judgment of the tribunal is as follows: UPON the Respondent’s application for the claims to be struck, alternatively for the claimant to be Ordered to pay a deposit to continue to pursue them:[1]The application to strike out the claim of direct sexual orientation is granted. The claim has no reasonable prospects of success and is struck out.[2]The application in respect of the unfair dismissal claim is refused on both grounds.[3]The application in respect of the claim of discrimination arising from a disability is refused on both grounds.[4]The claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination arising from disability will be listed for final hearing.
