[1]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,579.53 (gross without deduction of income tax or National Insurance) in respect of pay for March 2024.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £595.28 (gross without deduction of income tax or National Insurance) in respect of pay for 1 April to 5 April 2024 inclusive.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £357.17 (gross without deduction of income tax or National Insurance) in respect of pay for 8 April to 10 April 2024 inclusive. 1 of 2 Case Number: 6006429/2024[5]The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £3,531.98.
