JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2120.11, of which £1307.69 comprises the basic award and £812.42 the compensatory award. The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of shortfalls in pay between 1 November 2024 and 2 January 2025 in the sum of £3901.83. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3901.83.[3]The respondent made further unauthorised deductions from wages from 1 May 2024 to 2 January 2025 in relation to pension contributions which it deducted from the claimant’s pay at a rate of £185 a month but failed to contribute to a pension scheme. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1480.[4]The claimant was owed 12 days accrued holiday pay on termination. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1569.23[5]The respondent was in breach of contract of employment by failing to reimburse the claimant in relation to expenses incurred by her on the respondent’s behalf. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £700.[6]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £9771.17.
