JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant during the course of his employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,015.39, being the total gross sum which was deducted[2]The Claimant’s claim under regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds. That is a claim for payment in respect of leave which had accrued but not been taken prior to the termination of employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £230.78, being the total gross sum to which the Claimant was entitled under regulation 14.
