[1]The claims listed below are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.1.1 the claims of harassment set out as Acts 7 – 20 in the list of issues dated 18 March 2025;1.2 the claims of direct discrimination set out as Acts 12.6 - 12.18 and 12.21 in the list of issues dated 18 March 2025;1.3 the claims for breach of contract set out as Breaches 1 and 2 in the list of issues dated 18 March 2025;1.4 the entire claim brought under the Working Time Regulations 1998.[2]The claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is withdrawn by the Claimant.
