[1]By a letter dated 08 March 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the Claimant was warned by Employment Judge Roper that the Tribunal is considering striking out the claim because the Claimant has not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 10 January 2025 and 22 January 2025 and because it does not appear that the claim is actively pursued (no response having been received from the Claimant for details of the Respondent).[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 15 April 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
