[1]By a letter dated 15 May 2025, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 29 May 2025 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 23 October 2024 it has not been actively pursued. of the reasons stated by the Respondent when applying for unless order[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The Respondent has written to say that it has still not heard from the Claimant. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearings fixed for 1 July 2025 and 16 to 24 March 2026 will not take place.
