JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of discrimination arising out of disability contrary to Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and claims of failing to make reasonable adjustments contrary to Sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 were presented out of time on the 19th of July 2024. They were also not presented within such other period as the Tribunal thought was just and equitable. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims and they are struck out on this basis.
