[1]By a letter dated 28th April 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out, given that it appeared that the claimant did not have sufficient service to make a claim of unfair dismissal, and that none of the exclusions to the service requirement appeared to apply in the claimant’s case.[2]The claimant made representations in writing on 11th May 2025, but these representations do not identify any legal basis on which the claim for unfair dismissal may be brought, give the claimant’s lack of sufficient service with the respondent. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.
