JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unlawful deductions from wages is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,646.10 in respect of unlawful deductions (being £1,000 in respect of a deduction made on 31 January 2024 and £646.10 in respect of a deduction made on 29 February 2024)[2]The claim for notice pay (breach of contract) is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £230.80 in respect of notice pay.[3]The claim for holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The total sum payable is £1876.90.
