JUDGMENT

[1]The following complaint of harassment is struck out: 1.1 The claimant’s allegation that a comment made on 18 January 2024 ("I think one of the concerns that we've had, and please work with me while I try and get my words out, is we want to try and build trust and confidence with our unions. I think in the past where we've shared information that information has leaked and I think this is why this process has been quite closed off, because of the lack of trust.") amounted to harassment related to disability[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints proceed to a final hearing listed to commence on 4 November 2026.

REASONS

[1]A deposit order was made on 21 January 2025 in respect of this allegation as a condition for continuing the claim and was not paid.
