JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £3,461.54 subject to the appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance.[2]This consists of wages for 10 weeks’ work (19 February 2024 – 30 April 2024) at the rate of £1500 per month (£346.15 per week).
