The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 5th August 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing in order to do so.[2]This was being considered because the claimant does not have the two years of continuous service necessary service to claim for Unfair Dismissal.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations why this should not be done, or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out under rule 37 because it has no reasonable prospect of success, and the case is at an end.
