JUDGMENT
[1]It is the judgment of the Tribunal that the Claimant’s claims of breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages are well founded in part.[2]The Claimant is entitled to reimbursement of £494.70 that was unlawfully deducted from his wages.[3]The Claimant is entitled to be reimbursed for £3705.92 in expenses that were incurred by him in the course of his employment.[4]The total payable to the Claimant is £4200.62.[5]The Claimant’s application to amend his claim to add a claim for unpaid holiday pay is refused. The claim is out of time when it would have been reasonably practicable for him to present it within the statutory time limit.
