JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the Second Respondent is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant. The Judgment of the Tribunal in respect of the First Respondent is as follows:[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The First Respondent made unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and shall pay the Claimant the following sums:3.1 £4,166.00 gross in respect of June 2024 salary;3.2 £576.93 gross in respect of accrued and unpaid holiday pay;3.3 £128.20 gross in respect of March 2024 salary;3.4 £1,346.17 gross in respect of July 2024 salary.
