The claims for whistleblowing and race discrimination are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the claims for whistleblowing and race discrimination should not be struck out because: - They have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant replied confirming that he had not intended to make, and was not making, a whistleblowing or race discrimination claim; he effectively agrees that those claims have no reasonable prospects of success; he raises no objections to those claims being struck out. It would be contrary to the overriding objective for claims which are not being pursued and which are bound to fail to continue. I [the Judge] therefore exercise my discretion to strike out the claims for whistleblowing and race discrimination. The other claims are not affected and will continue. Approved by: -
