No response has been received and notice has been sent to the respondent to make them aware that judgment may be entered for the claimant.[2]The claim form seeks £150 for unpaid wages. It also seeks a further £125 for stress, inconvenience etc., but the tribunal has no jurisdiction to award financial loss for unpaid wages. The award is therefore confined to the wages lost.[3]The hearing listed for 2 October 2026 is vacated.
