Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 – Rule 22[1]The Respondent failed to present an ET3 response to the claim.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages between August 2024 and October 2025 is well founded.[3]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the gross total sum of £1776.82 in respect of her successful claims. Whilst the sum is expressed as gross account will have to be made to pay the relevant tax and national insurance deductions.[4]The hearing listed for 15 July 2025 is vacated. Approved by:
