[1]The claim was issued in the London South Employment Tribunals on 8 July 2024. The respondent has failed to present a response.[2]The Employment Judge has decided, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure, that a determination can properly be made of the claim,.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of 104 hours worked at an hourly rate of £10.40, amounting to a total of £1,081.60. The respondent must pay the claimant this sum without deduction of tax and national insurance.
