JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints for a statutory redundancy payment, of unpaid notice pay and of unpaid holiday pay succeed. An award of £16,192.28 is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant, which comprises:a. £3,500 (statutory redundancy payment);b. £7,500 (subject to deduction of any tax or national insurance payable) (2 months’ notice pay); andc. £5,192.28 (subject to deduction of any tax or national insurance payable) (6 weeks’ holiday pay in respect of accrued but untaken holiday).[2]The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and of pregnancy/maternity discrimination are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.
