JUDGMENT
[1]By a letter dated 15 March 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out.[2]The basis of that letter was that the claimant did not have the necessary two years’ service for such a claim and hence it appeared to have no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[4]The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[5]The claimant’s remaining claim will be listed for hearing in due course.
