[1]The identity of the Respondent is amended to Lodge Security Ltd (in the light of a TUPE transfer which took place on 1 April 2026)[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded and succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £278.40[3]The Claimant’s claims in respect of underpayment Statutory Sick Pay and breach of contract/unauthorised deductions of wages (40hrs deduction) are not well founded which means they are not successful and are dismissed.
