[1]The claimant’s unfair dismissal complaint is struck out because she does not have the required 2 years’ service to bring that claim.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages in December 2024 and it is ordered to pay her the sum of £120.12.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant her 2 weeks of notice pay and it is ordered to pay her the sum of £530.72.[4]The total amount the respondent must pay the claimant is £650.84.[5]The sum outlined at paragraph 4 is the gross figure that should be paid and the claimant is responsible for any tax due on the sum.
