JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the Claimant failing to comply with paragraphs 1 and 15 of the Order of Employment Judge Gray following the hearing on 26 June 2025 and sent to the parties on 12 July 2025, and upon the Claimant failing to respond to the strike out warning issued by EJ Self on 13 October 2025 within the time permitted, or at all, this Claim is struck out on account of the Claimant’s failures to comply with Tribunal Orders and/or failure to actively pursue his claim.[2]The final hearing listed for 5-8 May 2026 is vacated.
