JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction as the claimant does not have 2 years qualifying service.[2]The claims of race discrimination, unauthorised deduction from wages, notice pay, and holiday pay are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 38(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[3]Alternatively, the claims of race discrimination, unauthorised deduction from wages, notice pay, and holiday pay are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 38(1)(e) because it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing in respect of them.[4]The respondent’s application for costs is dismissed.
