ON REMEDY The judgment of the Tribunal is that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £20,548.52 made up as follows:[1]a basic award for automatic unfair dismissal in the sum of £7,836.00,[2]compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £2,521.08,[3]an award for injury to feelings in the sum of £9,000.00,[4]interest on the sum at paragraph 3, of £720.00, and[5]an award of £471.44 for failure to provide a s. statement (4 weeks pay @ £117.86 pw). 1 of 2 Case Number: 6004736/2024
