JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of direct discrimination because of religion are dismissed upon her withdrawal of them.[2]The claimant’s complaint of indirect religious discrimination in respect of allocation of shifts was brought outside the applicable time limits in circumstances where the tribunal did not consider it just and equitable to extend time. The claim is therefore struck out, the tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The claimant’s complaint of indirect religious discrimination in respect of allocation of holiday fails and is dismissed.
