JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant did not attend the hearing.[2]Mr Steve Watson gave evidence for the Respondent. He accepted that the Claimant worked for the period 11 to 18 March 2024 but not 19 March 2024. Mr Watson also stated that the Claimant overclaimed an hour a day for the period l of 11 to 18 March 2024. The Claimant was therefore not entitled to £1470 but £1260.00.[3]A 20% CIS deduction would have been applied to the sum of £1260 amounting to £252.00.[4]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1008.00 in respect of his claim.[5]The Respondent is not precluded from claiming against the Claimant for any damages for alleged breach of contract in the County Court.
