JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages between July 2024 and February 2025. The Respondent must pay the Claimant the following, in respect of the sums deducted:a. A net sum of £8,623.85.b. In addition, a gross sum of £104, in respect of which the Claimant will have to account for income tax and national insurance.[2]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract, and must pay the Claimant damages in the sum of £32.80.[3]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with itemised payslips within the timescale set out in section 8(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. No award is made in respect of that failure.[4]The complaint of wrongful dismissal fails and is dismissed.[5]The complaint of failure to pay accrued but untaken annual leave fails and is dismissed.
