JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s standalone complaint of direct sex discrimination (as set out at paragraph 11 of Employment Judge Maidment’s record of the Preliminary Hearing on 21 January 2025) is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant by email dated 14 February 2025.[2]The claimant’s complaints of:2.1 Direct discrimination – race, sex and pregnancy; and2.2 Harassment related to race; (as set out at paragraphs 46 of Employment Judge Maidment’s record of the Preliminary Hearing on 21 January 2025) fail and are dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant at the end of the final hearing of this claim on 18 July 2025.
