[1]The Claimant’s claim of direct disability discrimination under s.13 of the Equality Act 2010 against the Respondents is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of harassment related to disability under s.26 of the Equality Act 2010 against the Respondents is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s wages claim under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 against the 1st Respondent is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s breach of contract claim against the 1st Respondent seeking notice pay is not well founded and is dismissed.
