JUDGMENT
[1]The Claim was issued in the Midlands East Employment Tribunal on 24 June 2024. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Claimant complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination both succeed.[3]The Claim shall be listed for a remedy hearing to assess damages and compensation in respect of the successful complaints. Notice of the remedy hearing shall be sent to the parties in due course.
