[1]The claimant has not complied with case management orders; and 2. the claimant has not responded to Judge Holmes letter of 13 December 2024. I conclude that this case has not been actively pursued by the claimant. In addition, I determine that a fair hearing is no longer possible because the claimant fails to comply with the various efforts of the Tribunal to get the case preparation back on track. The hearing fixed for 22 January 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
