JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of breach of contract is well-founded.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following net sums: - Notice pay at 2 months’ basic salary (2 x £3,231.20) = £6,462.40 - Pension contribution @ 3% for 32 weeks = £923.07 - Holiday pay (£149.13 x 7.4 days) = £1,103.56[3]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period from 8th February 2024 to 19th February 2024.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the net sum of: - £149.13 x 8 days = £1,193.05 Case Number: 6004421/2024[5]The total judgment amounts to: £9,682.08[6]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent unreasonably failed to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures 2015 and that it is just and equitable to increase the compensatory award payable to the claimant in accordance with s 207A Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is dismissed.
