Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £9,147.00 (£11,947.00 minus payments made of £5,000.00 = £6,947.00 plus £2,200.00 for the salary due from the end of May until 14th June 2024).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,800.00.[3]The respondent has acted in breach of the claimant’s contract by failing to pay essential business expenses. The sum of £500 remained outstanding at the date employment was terminated. The respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £500.00 for breach of contract.
