JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has insufficient continuity of service to pursue a claim for unfair dismissal by reason of section 108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and that claim is hereby dismissed; and[2]To the extent that there is any claim alleging unfair dismissal having made protected public interest disclosures pursuant to section 103A of the Act, that claim is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[3]This does not affect the claimant’s remaining claims as set out in the case management order of today’s date.
