JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of being subjected to detriment and automatically unfair dismissed for making protected disclosures are struck out.[2]The Claimant’s remaining complaint of breach of contract will proceed to a hearing in accordance with case management orders made today.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 7 February 2025 the Tribunal ordered the Claimant to pay a deposit of £20 to continue to advance her complaints of(1) being subjected to detriment and(2) being automatically unfairly dismissed for making protected disclosures.[2]The Claimant has not paid the deposit. The complaints of being subjected to detriment and being unfairly dismissed for making protected disclosures are therefore dismissed under Tribunal Rule 40.
