[1]By consent the Respondent’s name is changed to Commercial Trust Limited.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed.[3]The complaint of discrimination on grounds of pregnancy or maternity was not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The complaint of discrimination is therefore dismissed.[4]The claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety. Approved by:
